Day 01 : Delhi - Trivandrum

At the staring day of your Yoga-Ayurveda tour to Kerala, catch the flight of Trivandrum from Delhi airport. After reaching in Trivandrum, check in a hotel and stay the night there.

Day 02 : Trivandrum - Alleppey

Next morning starts with exploration of magnificent beauties of Kerala Houseboats. Thus, you will be driven to Thottapally and embark a Houseboat. Stay that night and take your dinner on board the Houseboat, now traveling through the backwaters to Alleppey.

Day 03 : Alleppey - Kumarakom

In the morning after breakfast you will disembark the Houseboat at Alleppey and impel to Kumarakom. Enjoy the splendid view of migratory birds at Kumarakom. Overnight stay is at Kumarakom resort, on the shores of the backwaters.

Day 04 : Kumarakom - Periyar

This day starts with arriving at Periyar, well known for wildlife and Periyar Lake. The evening can be utilized in boating at Periyar Lake and watching wild animals on the lakeshore. Stay your night at Periyar followed by a dinner of traditional Keral dish.

Day 05 : Periyar - Kovalam

This morning comes with the actual meaning of your Kerala Tour, i.e. the yoga and ayurveda. After having breakfast from Periyar drive to Kovalam, where you can grasp the Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage, which facilities in relaxing from mental and physical trauma. Enjoy the leisure in the afternoon. Overnight stay is at Kovalam resort with a dinner.

Day 06 : Kovalam

The next morning begins with some enchanting lesson of Yoga and Meditation. Now enjoy the pleasure of Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. Spend the afternoon in unfurling the majestic rest, Kovalam and overnight at Kovalam resort.

Day 07 : Kovalam

In this morning, take breakfast and tea from the Kovalam resort and go for visiting your respective ayurveda doctor. You will undergo the treatment schedule as advised by the doctor after an elongated diagnosis and consultation. Drive back to Kovalam resort for night stay and take some spicy dishes of the place.

Day 08 : Kovalam Ayurvedic Treatment Center

Next morning starts with visiting Kovalam Beach to the Ayurvedic Treatment Center. Kovalam is gaining significance in the glow of several Ayurvedic saloons followed by recuperation and regeneration resorts, which offers a swing of Ayurvedic treatments for the tourists.

Day 09 : Kovalam – flight back home

Morning starts with packing of all sweet charming memories of Kerala stay. This is the culminating day of your yoga and Ayurveda tour to Kerala. Transfer to Trivandrum airport to catch your home flight.
